I grew up on skates, skis, and sketch pads. Those hours taught me patience, focus, and how to keep showing up.
The Marine Corps tested my assumptions and taught me to stay calm, listen first, and take responsibility. I’ve been trying to carry that forward ever since.

After the Marines, I needed to see more of the world. I started taking trips off the beaten path, paying attention to the texture under the obvious.

I earned a degree in cinematography and began creating my own content; short films, music videos, and early YouTube series, learning by doing and refining my voice. Those short films picked up several festival awards, which helped me sharpen the craft.

That led into film and television production, often on location. Most days, the work was less about cameras and more about paying attention to nuance.

From there, I stepped into documentary film and TV, working in the field and letting the location lead; Arctic to the jungle, and everything in between, where listening was how the story took shape.

Now I talk and explore with people from many walks of life and share a few short reflections of my own. I’m not here to prove a point - I’m here to keep learning.
